Deepak Builders & Engineers India has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for an EPC contract involving the development of building infrastructure facilities for Shri Krishna AYUSH University in Kurukshetra, Haryana.
The project also includes the creation of associated estate infrastructure and services for the university campus and will be implemented under the supervision of the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC). The contract will be executed on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis, covering the complete scope from design and planning to construction and final delivery.
Once completed, the infrastructure development is expected to support the expansion of academic facilities, research capabilities, and healthcare training infrastructure within the AYUSH education sector in Haryana. The project aligns with the state government’s broader objective of strengthening modern educational infrastructure and promoting integrated healthcare and traditional medicine systems.
The bid value for the project stands at approximately Rs 559.50 crore, inclusive of GST. Securing L1 status represents a significant milestone for Deepak Builders & Engineers India and is subject to final approvals and completion of contractual formalities before the formal award of the project.
